Dejan Jovanovic, the founder of Desda, brings an impressive 30-year career in local and international Superannuation, with specialised expertise in data migration and fund transitions. His leadership is characterised by a comprehensive approach to managing client relationships and resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction. Renowned for consistently delivering successful projects, Dejan combines precise project management with a solid commitment to mentoring and supporting his team, fostering individual and project success. Sasha Gorelik is the Operations Manager at Desda, bringing a solid background in operational leadership and a commitment to efficiency and excellence. In her role, Sasha oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across projects and teams. With a focus on optimising processes and enhancing productivity, she plays a key role in driving the company’s operational success. Mark has 40 years Information Technology experience and 34 years dedicated to the Retirement Benefits Industry. Mark has worked as Head of IT for Major Super Funds Telstra Super and Statewide, Director of Development at a Major Software Developer Bravura, and as head of New Business, Transitions and Hong Kong at MUFG. This unique combination of work experience at an executive level enables Mark to provide insights and options not naturally evident to other observers. Mark is passionate about the Retirement Benefits industry, process and methodology and has written Desda’s Transition Methodology based upon the 300 transitions he has been a part of.

Nadine joined the Desda Group in November 2024. Nadine has over 20 years’ experience in superannuation fund administration, client relationship management and strategic account planning. Nadine has a proven track record of overseeing large scale projects such as mergers, legislative change, compliance initiatives, insurance changes and designing innovative customer centric service models. Nadine is a diligent and dependable leader and has built strong relationships within the Superannuation Industry.
